Art Meets Science 2025

Re:people – Center for Society & Technology and the Palace of Science in Belgrade present this year’s edition of the international program Art Meets Science (AMS), taking place 12–14 November 2025. AMS 2025 explores contemporary links between art, science, and society through three days of exhibitions, talks, and discussions that connect theory, experiment, and practice. This year’s focus is art as a research method – a process that crosses boundaries between science, architecture, the body, and everyday life.

The program will be officially opened with the exhibition Second Skin on November 12 at 6 PM. The Second Skin exhibition combines artistic expression and scientific experiments through the exploration of biotechnology and the materiality of the body, and will be available to visitors at the Science Palace until December 6. The AMS program will also include the presentation of the Montenegrin Pavilion at the 2025 Venice Architecture Biennale (November 13 at 6 PM), as well as guest appearances by the international programs Ars Electronica from Linz (November 14 at 7 PM) and the Speculum Artium festival from Trbovlje (November 14 at 5 PM).

For three days, the Palace of Science becomes a meeting ground for artists, scientists, and the public, opening a space for dialogue on body technologies and new sensitivities that connect humans, nature, and machines.
