My Micro-World

Moj mikro svet

Through My Micro-World, discover the invisible world that helps your body grow, learn, defend itself, digest food and stay connected with the environment around it every day.

The exhibition is dedicated to the microbiota — the community of microorganisms that lives with us, within us and all around us. Although they are so small that we rarely notice them, microorganisms play an important role in maintaining health, developing immunity, supporting nutrition and preserving the balance of the entire body.

Admission to the exhibition is free.

Date

The exhibition opens on 10 July at 7:30 p.m. and will be on display until 31 July 2026.

The My Micro-World exhibition is presented as part of the Your Micro-World project, with the aim of bringing contemporary microbiome science closer to the wider public through a combination of science, visual storytelling and an interactive approach.

The project is implemented by the ProMicroHI group and the Institute of Molecular Genetics and Genetic Engineering of the University of Belgrade, with the support of the Center for the Promotion of Science.
