We live in a world that generously offers us an abundance of knowledge. So why does it feel as if the most important things are still slipping past us?
Perhaps this thought has crossed your mind while reading the news, listening to someone’s confident opinion on social media, or trying to understand a world that is changing faster than ever. At some point, it may very likely occur to you: it is no longer only about how much information we have, but how we read, understand and connect it.
That is why this June we are opening a conversation about a topic that concerns us all: what does it mean to be educated today?
We will discuss how we develop reading competencies, how we form judgments, how we evaluate the sources we trust, and how we build critical thinking.
Admission to the panel is free, and registration is not required.
